New updates, lawyer just called, ask me to sign the SNP tomorrow but I can't make it, set appointment on next Wed or Thurs. My lawyer office is at Jalan P Ramlee, not sure if you guys will be the same or not.
My total lost will be about RM8709 inclusive of legal fees + stamp duty. She said stamp duty alone is about RM2k++. I can either full pay, or pay half then the remaining see when I can pay.

Just curious, we are supposed to go through the lawyer appointed by the developer only or we can actually have it done by our own lawyer? *Just curious |
