It's up to you to believe it or not but I'm just reporting what I've been told by the lawyer office.
Not sure. But the lawyer office call me this afternoon and said will fix an appointment to sign it next week either at their office or my office also can. Let's wait till next week and see how it goes.
*
I see.. that day when I called my SA, he also mentioned if we would to sign early, can call office to arrange for appointments. He said by this week, they will started to arrange for those first batch buyers; not sure how true was that. I booked on May 2013, don't know when is my turn... doh.gif Btw, wait for your good news next week, do update us when you are done.. smile.gif

What we need to pay is legal fee for loan agreement. S&P will be pay by developer. I guess 6k should be enough for loan agreement?

New updates, lawyer just called, ask me to sign the SNP tomorrow but I can't make it, set appointment on next Wed or Thurs. My lawyer office is at Jalan P Ramlee, not sure if you guys will be the same or not.

My total lost will be about RM8709 inclusive of legal fees + stamp duty. She said stamp duty alone is about RM2k++. I can either full pay, or pay half then the remaining see when I can pay.

That is a huge amount . I wonder how much would the miscellaneous charges be =.= . Just curious, we are supposed to go through the lawyer appointed by the developer only or we can actually have it done by our own lawyer? *Just curious
