I already got back my deposit refund. When I went to the office, the lady opened up a file and inside got a lot of cheques to refund back to owners. Seems many people are pulling out.

if your booking cancelled and get your 3k back... What happens to the bank's penalty of cancelling the loan? do we have to pay the penalty for cancelling the loan after sign the letter of offer from bank?
