so d'aman is quite far from me also...
somemore now AP problem,i have to let go...
if not,outside property keep on rise,but u wait for nothing here..,

Imaging, per booking RM 3k, 100 booking RM 300k, there you go, free interest loan for them to invest in other section.

Hence I believe definitely more than 100 booking now....

Guys and girls,

I have spoken to the agent and what they explained is this.
The AP issues does happen and it has already been resolved many months ago. The delay was caused by the existing land title is at 83 years. I was told Masteron already paid the premium to make it 99 years and to benefit us buyers, the SPA need to be sign on 2014 so that it could reflect 99 years.
Not sure this is the truth or another opera in progress..

For me...most likely will pull out.

Another new story come out from Masteron.....Did they mention which date in year 2014 for SPA?
If this is real situation, they should't keep on telling us the possible SPA date in year 2013.....

Hi all, i personally advise not to go, i dont think it will help since no manager are there, all are small salesman there.
I just get a latest news that the land title has been renew to 99 yrs (prev are 86 yrs), effective on Jan 2014. We should be able to sign SPA next year Jan. Hope so!!! I think we can confirm with the office - Ms Salawati!

my friend recommend me another project will be completed next year,but it's studio.Another one Condo slightly higher price located at bangsar(developer is UOA)

I agreed with what Lovevivi said !

I went to the developer with my Dad last week-end to check the status WHY it is delay in signing of SPA after so long. After the lengthy discussion , the developer explaining to us the reason behind was they are waiting for the authority to issue the fresh lease title (with fresh 99 years) which they have promised to all the D'aman buyers previously.

According to them, existing lease will be ended on August 2096. The fresh/new lease will be ended on 2112 ( 2013 +99 years ). There is an extra 16 years . They are doing this on their own cost where they have paid the premium of RM1,918,626!!!!!!!

Initially I was not believed, WHY Developer is so kind to pay RM1.9 m!! After arguing , they shown to me the evidence as attached. I also checked with myAttached File  existing_title.pdf ( 112.53k ) Number of downloads: 101
friend whom are working in the legal firm and CONFIRMED what they said is correct.

I think this is a Good News for the D'aman buyers! This is worthwhile to wait for a year to exchange additional 16 years lease la........ .

So dun worry, let's start to celebrate our Christams... Ho ho.. ho... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Thank you Coolmall for the good news!!!! I agreed with you that it is worthwhile for me to wait for a year for additional 16 years lease!!!! In other words, D'aman can demand higher price when it is completed la..... ....he he he... .

Guys, think about it. Calisa N and M were 80++ years also. And Calisa M almost completed. But D'Aman nothing yet. In my opinion, the 99 years wasn't the issue that they delay the SPA signing. In fact, if the SPA signed with 99 years now, after 3 years of construction...it will minus 3 years. By right they should renew it upon completion. Then once we get the keys we straight away can enjoy 99 years. Anyway, this is just my 2 cents.

I am agreed with this,how many year does not really affects to those investors.it's only affects their son's son.it's not happened for this generation.
