just ignore it....
all the buyer here was very frustrated bout the delay of snp.. but this two "owner" is still very happy bout the delay... and still believe wait for 2months,get 20years extra... |

I already terminate my loan. Luckily no charges imposed to me as i've yet to sign any loan agreement also. I called my bank officer and he was shocked that I still yet to sign any loan agreement. Even bank lawyer seems skeptical about it. Tomorrow or next week will submit my letter to developer for cancellation. Hopefully can get refund soonest possible.

I was wondering , I had signed loan offer. But yet sign loan legal agreement. Is that possible to cancel it? |

Ok, like this, Im going to collect all the details of pending for signing information and submit to the "Jabatan Perumahan Negara" and ask them to monitor closely on Masteron for the D Aman property about this delay of forever without any proper notice to buyers.
This so ridiculous since we did not receive any updates from them. Let the Ministry deal with them. I have spoke to the one person in charge with an contact of my lawyer friend. I might need all of your cooperation to give some input later  |
