QUOTE(avexlim @ Oct 29 2013, 11:38 PM) everyone here is on the same boat :( I paid the RM3000 deposit and submitted the documents on 30th September 2013. The agent (I don't want to name him here, to be safe) told me that he will help submit my documents and get a banker to call me shortly. However, to date, I've not received any calls - let it be from the agent, developer or any banks. i tried calling this agent many time, sent SMSs, and even sent Whatsapp message....but I never received any replies. Am starting to wonder if I should go back to the developer office and ask for a refund. Is that possible?

I called the Sales Office and was directed to call a Ms. Salawati. I called the number and but i think i spoke to a nice Chinese lady. She checked my booking but she had no idea if i had submitted the my documents. She checked with the Sales team and only then she confirmed that they have received my documents. She also said that UOB and Public Bank will call me shortly, but this was more than 3 weeks ago. Just wondering, is there any way for me to go cancel this booking and get back my RM3,000 booking fee? i'm just scared that if I cancel my booking, the deposit will burn. any suggestions, guys?

QUOTE(urbansaint @ Dec 23 2013, 03:24 PM) I already got back my deposit refund. When I went to the office, the lady opened up a file and inside got a lot of cheques to refund back to owners. Seems many people are pulling out. This is the best news i've heard since committing to this project. Do you meam scan and email them a signed letter? Sorry im new to this.Do i write that i wish to cancel and would like a refund of the deposit?
