I think I will wait too while try to get alternative...but until now I still unable find other new condo with this kind of price around Puchong....except the subsales...

If subsales I wont choose condo again, possible double storey... sad.gif

Elevia is very nice, low density, but the cheapest unit for 1200sqf is RM580k!

Real soon..for the snp... I guess.. we shall see.. with a new year.. bankers have new quota to meet... n I believe official launching is in the pipeline as well...

For my case, I signed offer letter with Ambank on June 2013; the offer letter stated it will be expire after 6 months which is on December. Asked my banker, she said the offer still valid, not sure about urs which signed more than a year. You may also want to clarify with your banker?

Okay, i just talk w my banker, he said still valid, but i think bank can terminate or change the package anytime. Let's wait and see. Thanks!

if you find out i also would like to know... the last time i tried calling MB, the loan agent who handled my loan offer is no longer working in MB... and her line manager seems clueless as well... shocking.gif
