My agent also resign oledi, I call Masteron office to know who is the agent that handle my loan currently. You may call them also. smile.gif

Just now made a call to sales office, they said they are now handing over the keys to Calisas M & N owners...After that, they would handle D'Aman SNP. Estimated this month end or next month.

Fingers crossed that this time is real!

ya.. i wonder how they collect key when under con also rclxms.gif
but calisa N now only handed keys, quite long also... think they started selling around end 2008...

how fast they can get confirmed for sign snp?
How much in total need to pay for the snp and stamp duty... is there anything need to do medical checkup too for the MRTA?

just check some pics from iProperty for Calisa N... the walkway partially tiled only?! damn kusut wey...

but to be fair to them... the parking look nice... im not sure about you guys... but i look for these 2 things for a condo... also common areas like lift and mail room...

dont think so la... Masteron small to medium developer only, and they handling so many projects at the same time... Koi Prima, Aurora Lakeside, Calisa M, N, D'Aman, K Boulevard and Koi Kinrara block C & D VP not long ago... they can manage their cashflow well dont bankrupt i happy d... all these in Puchong only...

dunno why, maybank not willing to provide loan to buyer for masteron project.. last time asked maybank about koi tropika, the loan officer straight away said maybank won't provide loan for koi tropika buyer..

I agree on this, but Callisa M & N and D' Aman are Masteron own project which doesn't sub it out to 3rd party developer. Hopefully we can get better quality compared to Koi and the rest.

I walked up to Callisa before pretending I'm the owner, really hope they can make it nicer for D Aman as it is a condo compared to Callisa which is an apartment

I didn't take any picture, I went there on early of Dec. That time the guard didn't ask me anything as I told him I'm the owner. And to me it seems quite ok on the walkway and lobby
