It stated what material to be use.. but not the size.. =.='.. not sure does it a matter?

This very important for me, if originally is already 60cm x 60cm, then we can save many renovation cost. Coz living room with this size of tile really look nicer.

Me too, 1ft x 1ft vs 2ft x 2ft titles make a big different. Usual practice is developer will supply 2ft x 2ft to kitchen, living and bedroom, hopefully masteron don't do anything funny and spoil the whole thing again

Of course you can check and they can give you any answer but as long as it is not stated in SNP then there might be a risk. I have to yet to read mine yet.

I just got a call from the lawyer, Mseer. Azril & Associates. Is anyone here getting call from the same law firm as well?

I requested them to send me a soft copy for me to read through first. Will update again once I'm done reading.

Then let me add to the list, O-10-12, own stay

By the way, today I received a letter from masteron stated that (1) Tonnie is no longer their sales agent effective Nov 2013 and (2) they only receive RM3000 deposit. Anyone else received it?

Somehow I'm a bit disturbed by the 2nd statement and doesn't feel comfortable with it. Afraid later they claim that we haven't fully settled the down payment and want us to settle the balance. Hopefully I'm a bit over sensitive here.

i have not receive that as well... but if not mistaken, we did really only pay 3k booking fees only... hopefully that is just to confirm when the deposit transfer, it states the correct amount... others paying 5k for deposit? also, if not mistaken, the booking fees will be used in the future as TNB and syabas deposit right?

but if they want the remaining 10% deposit and not giving the rebate... good luck la masteron, with such track record to get buyers... we'll boycott till no tmrw...

By right the 3k is the booking fees and since developer is giving rebate so it offset the del own payment. I just worry later they play with legal terms and come after us to claim this and that.

Yes, I was told the 3k will be used for TNB and syabas. But one thing in the letter it mentioned property type is service apartment instead of condo. As far as I know service apartment is meant for those condo on the commercial titled land. Is it? If yes aren't our electrical and water bill will be using commercial rate instead of residential?

from the start they already mention it was service apartment... same case like Koi Prima etc, they apply for residential rate for electricity... water bill not sure... well, another gamble to add on list...

That's the thing I'm afraid of. My sis lawyer firm has a client (develoepr) where they use such way to escape the interest payment due to late completion. When buyer demand for interest due to late completion, then the developer claimed that the buyer didn't settle the down payment (which was rebated initially).

Since the developer willing to rebate my selling price due to the shrink of total built up unit, at least I still have some confident with them. Hopefully they don't let us down

Hey guys, i just receive my SNP soft copy. Briefly scan thru and found out that,
1) The size is correct - Area of Parcel: 1076sqf (but not in sqm like u all said)
2) Maintenance fee is higher than what they told - RM0.25 per sqf (as I remember it was RM0.22 per sqf)
3) Purchase price is lower (even slightly lower than after 10% rebate, as they promised, in SNP will put original price before 10% rebate)
Did you all have this problem? Thanks!
