Bro..few ppl sign early than me .. tat guy from lim n Yeoh say their firm handle 55unit case . My unit is type B 1076sf , for own stay .. hope everything all well.

Have you checked your layout which listed in SNP? is it still remain as 1076sqft? or already decreased to 1073 sqft (~99.7 sq meters)?

It's stated in snp, all parking is tandem design which mean is front and back

tandem parking... means one of your car will always block the other...
parallel parking is like normal parking...

Yes, according to my sister who is a lawyer said that we can request a pdf copy to read before we sign. I'm now waiting for the developer to revise my unit price then once it is settled then I need to contact my lawyer to send me a copy of the snp to read.

Ok, just got the confirmation and the sales proforma that my my unit price has been reduced. Just contacted my banker to inform her about this and now waiting the bank to revise my loan amount.

Regarding the lease year, developer said they have pay the local authority for the renewal of lease year to 99 years. They got send me the prove that they had paid the local authority but in snp it is still using the old lease year because they said owner wanted to sign snp and they can't wait for the local authority to process.

Those who still have any doubts about the lease year maybe you can call to their office and request some documents that they had paid the local authority.

Based my on initial discounted price they calculate what is the per square feet price and multiply by 138 square feet

Great... at least developer allowed to reduce the unit price.... my 1098 become 1085 less than 2% so wont reduce! Damn less 13 sqf! but 99 leasehold issue already solved. I guess will proceed! yawn.gif

Since the developer already paid the premium to local authority for the land renewal, I think we don't have to worry about the land title. I do agree on their move of signing the snp first without waiting for the local authority final approval else the signing will be forever dragged.

Now all we can hope for is tasik prima will be a township in 3 to 5 years time and the workmanship of d aman could at least be satisfactory and the neighbourhood community is good.
