That means we need to revert to the developer if the amount we paid to them is different from what is stated.

I'm afraid if you choose to cancel now you might not be refunded due to they already instructed and prepared your snp. Unless you have a valid reason.

Branded or well established developers are plenty but price gap is huge.

As mango27 mentioned, this property is mentioned as serviced apartment since beginning. All I know is developer said will convert the land title to resident instead of commercial, but that we can only know in future.

Regarding your 10%, what is the issue with it? As far as know, I assume you received the same letter as I do, there's nothing mentioned that 10% is being withdrawn. They just inform us that they have receive our 3k (some sort like official receipt) but didn't said the 10% is no longer valid.

So I really don't get your point.

im no expert but what do you mean land cannot renew? leasehold can renew the lease... its easier when developer renew using master title...

WilYi, i think you've mistaken me... they cant really convert the land title... they can only apply for electric/water tariff for the service apartment to use residential rate only... same as Koi Prima promised... we just need to check again with Masteron on this since what Tony promised dunno still valid or not...

Haha, I think we both get each another wrong. What I mean "according to mango27" from my previous post is this project is being sold as service apartment since the beginning.

And on the converting of land title is what I was being told by the agent that time. Like you say, maybe we need to clarify this with the developer on how is the rate for our bills in future. Whether is commercial or residential
