Since the developer already paid the premium to local authority for the land renewal, I think we don't have to worry about the land title. I do agree on their move of signing the snp first without waiting for the local authority final approval else the signing will be forever dragged.

Now all we can hope for is tasik prima will be a township in 3 to 5 years time and the workmanship of d aman could at least be satisfactory and the neighbourhood community is good.

Yup ... hope after few years that area are good like second puchong Jaya!
Btw, you buy for own stay ? hmm.gif

Oh, now I get it. I believe all this thing should be in snp, won't be in the form of voucher. Maybe those who signed can shed some light on this.

they categorized masteron as developer with a lot of problems. last time i enquired about koi tropika subsale loan, banks straight away reject when saw this developer.
*
This doesn't make sense... if under con subsales maybe yes...to avoid risks... but after completion... the property belongs to bank until buyers pay off their loan. The bank has every right to lelong the property if buyers fail to repay...developer are hands clean...

As long there are interested buyers and the property value within the evaluated range..banks can provide loans.

Remember... banker are legal loansharks... that one of their prime source of income...

Great... at least developer allowed to reduce the unit price.... my 1098 become 1085 less than 2% so wont reduce! Damn less 13 sqf! but 99 leasehold issue already solved. I guess will proceed! yawn.gif
*
Think of the brigther side... the 10% discount and other freebies and land renewal given... its normal to have some slight aammendment on the layout as the local authority hav the final say.

What I mean here someone said that it is not stated in snp, so there might be some worries here. I not sure is it normal that floor finishing won't be stated in snp
