zenbook UX31A cannot fix... but with 2 years warranty... means they change the laptop directly ?

last time my gf asus glossy lcd screen got 1 whole line pixel faulty at 23rd month... send to dealer to send to asus... got it back 2 weeks later with a matte screen, new touchpad, new dvd rom.... because we say both touchpad and dvd rom got problem also...

i think not asus fault... is their SC manager and staff fault...

the main point is: many year asus won't improve her warranty servics. most brand toll free no, but asus not.

doesn't work. i have emailed them and even posted on their FB page, as well as several international one. Funny thing is international one is the one that replies to me asking to get in touch with local ASUS office. Malaysia one? either they delete the comment with lighting speed (yes, it's THAT fast) or they will just leave it there till it get bumped behind with news posts

Didnt read the whole thing but Always with manufactorer like asus. Do a support ticket with rma number and then send it.

I'm planning to get a N55SF before, luckily God helps me by prevent me from buy it with financing problem. Then after i read this thread, i feel so blessed. icon_rolleyes.gif
