There ARE companies who accept fresh grads. Especially for job that the experienced don't want to do - the boring and repetitive job scope. Anyway as long as fresh grads avoid being choosy, finding job will be easy. I myself got invited for an interview for an engineering position from a company that I didn't apply. I think that is very fortunate of me but I rejected the offer because I don't really like the company name. Thank God now already got a job.

Guys,
I have been called up for interview for this company. However, I have rejected their offer 2 years ago. Is it ok for me to purposely mention about the reject during he interview? Of course I have a valid reason.

i think its OK to ask tht kinda question. after all, you can do ur job better only if u know what is expected of you. sometimes we tend to assume too much, and tht basically leads to miscommunication and frustration.
so my point is, be frank. u r after all applying to be a secretary. which means u guys nid to understnd each other to work better.

Some companies request for your latest pay slip. If they don't request during the 1st interview, they will normally request during 2nd interview. So pls be careful and don't cheat.

However, you prefer not to disclose the name of the competitor/other companies. (You interview will know that you bullshit if you say you did not attend other interviews)

i went for an interview earlier today, the person that interviewed me asked me whether i would be willing to take the offer if they give me a salary of Rm2000 and i declined but i put up a counter offer which is lower than my expectations and he was like reasonably satisfied.
At the end he ask me whether its okay for them to call me to KL for me to sit for a second interview but they have not confirm yet whether they would call me or not, i said ok and he signed a few things on my resume and said wait witihin 30 days, if i get a call its okay, if not then i dont get the position. What do you guys think of that ? Was his gesture enough for me to make a conclusion that he is going to call me for the second interview ?
