I went to an interview today..she asked a lot of technical question..how in the world can I remember all subjects I learned in university..I think CGPA is enough to tell how good our technical skills are..then they should ask about how we work with group of people..how we handle stress..all that sorts of question..I will concern more on that if I am a hiring manager..

There ARE companies who accept fresh grads. Especially for job that the experienced don't want to do - the boring and repetitive job scope.
Anyway as long as fresh grads avoid being choosy, finding job will be easy. I myself got invited for an interview for an engineering position from a company that I didn't apply. I think that is very fortunate of me but I rejected the offer because I don't really like the company name. |

Question, if interview is for engineering field but interviewer is from business, will they ask engineering questions or common general questions?
Thanks. |
