guys i need to go for interview 2moro but i dunno what to put on the 1st page of the clear holder

do i need to give to them photocopy of my sijil berhenti sekolah all that?? and do i need to give to them photocopy of my sijil2 penghargaan that i get during my study in uni also or just put the ori copy it in the clear holder??

actually what is the only important thing to give to them...
