There seems to be a consistency that low floor units with acceptable workmanship and high floor units bad

Is it becoz high floor near LAD deadline so simply whack to deliver?

yes bro. when they reached high floors, they worked fast and cincai coz wanna avoid LAD. lower floors seemed to be less problem. since mcity and arte are currently building, only ampang hill/gcb court view (not klcc view imho) will do ok in terms of rental. for now i believe. but the facilities and rooftop must be up and running.

i just got my keys last week bro. now doing defect rectification. so far i have been getting calls by daily basis.

Just vp for how long? No way can rent out so fast unless student area like setapak pv. Agent sitting and waiting there like a crocodile to wallop any units for rent to students.

some wanna rent but mostly wanna buy. i havent been really serious yet but started getting daily calls. no worries bro. you know most agents will get the list and will start calling u all.

The agents might say they have buyers seriously wanna buy or rent... actually is just get your "agreement" to let them sell/rent your unit.

I did receive a call previously from agent previously for different project (not Elements), said her client very keen buy mine. I agreed to talk about the deal. But later, I saw she just took the pictures of my prop and post advertisement only. I just told her I did not engage her as my prop agent.
