It was reported in The Edge that Desmond Lim may be buying over the Flamingo Hotel and its ajacent plot in Ampang for a mega project with Pavillion-like mall. This has not been confirmed yet.....but should the deal be sealed...wow...buyers of Element, M City and the nearby projects would hit a home run, and home run meant make money liao...and if the MRT station in Ampang Point materialize also...then is a double home runs!

I think Elements still has it's potential, so many developers squeeze at this small piece of land, one reason is the future MRT, another reason is within 5km radius from KLCC is getting harder n harder to come by....just my two cents worth.

yeah. that time i already heard a new development is coming and will be next to the elements. pity those who banked in for klcc view. its ok la. mrt circle line will be nearby and "pavilion" will soon be there as well. huat ah

Pavilion boss intend to buy over Flemingo HOtel (just beside The Elements). So might have another Pavilion there 

Already made a complaint to the developer about the island thing. And what they said was they will come back to the buyers with a new proposal ASAP. Currently in their mind, is either shrink the island, or move the whole thing to the fridge side. Well, will see what they can do about it.

Visited my Unit today. Under 825sq ft too. The "island" kitchen is not an issue to me. The furnishing is pretty good too- wall skirting, tiles, timber floors seems are in order. Perhaps because is mine a bit of at lower floor & they have completed them first. Just a minor problem of air-conditioner leaking in 2nd room.

I intend to move in as soon as possible. I have two questions;
1. Technically after receive key, what else we have to wait before can actually live in the unit? Is there any permit pending e.g. DBKL or CF etc2 (this is my first time purchasing a condo)
2. I would like also to start ask around future neighbors,
How many actually intend for own stay and when do you guys plan to move in.. Living just alone on the 32nd floor must be scary woh.. That's why must find geng first..
