Fortunately not. When I was selecting my purchase 1 year plus ago, most of the unit facing KLCC already taken, left with either too low or too high (& more expensive) unit. Thus, at the end I selected the other side, because I was thinking, if I want to look at the twin tower, I can always go up to roof top garden I don't have to look at it day & night.  biggrin.gif

I felt relieve  sweat.gif  I did not "die die" want to choose KLCC view. Hopefully the other side not going to have another project blocking...

yes i think KLCC facing units should dump their condo's asap!

The highest vacancy rates are found in Ampang at 37%. Damansara
Heights trails closely with 35% vacancy rate followed
by Mont’ Kiara / Sri Hartamas and CKL areas with both having
33% vacancy rate. Bangsar and Kenny Hills enjoy a very
healthy rate with vacancy standing between 17% and 20%.

Went there today to accompany a friend to collect key @ block a..many defects found, workmanship is not good.

And arte ampang is too near, noisy and dusty. The sale girl that help for key collection also show us the land for elements 2, it will be leasehold.

Thanks AMINT kor for being so concerned.. supply of new homes in msia is inadequate, causing a constant rise in house prices.

Hahaha. yeah thats the problem. TMS also giving ridiculous discount now burning earlier buyers. kekeke.

Actually, what we need is a strategy. With good strategy, during rubbish or good market, one can survive. everything is a cycle.
*
yeah, one can buy a bad prop during a boom period n a good prop during a down period..

But TMS discounts have made their project more attractive la..i rmbr laughing at their prices last time n ppl still bought into the product.. where is MS gona hide their face when the buyers find out about the discount..
