QUOTE(Cheryl_Mummy @ Aug 2 2014, 11:39 AM) here's a bit tips for yours to take attention.... Cheryl, which floor and unit size is yours? This is seriously very bad finishing. How can Elite Forward hand over keys to purchaser with this kind of conditions? Call and write in to your complaint.for the washing machine...the size should be less than 670(w) x 600(L) x 850mm(H) into the small cubicle of kitchen cabinet... after check with various brand of front load washing machine...the standard of 7.0kG (Electrolux, Beko, etc) would not fit into it which their height is 870mm(H). this is so ridiculous... * some pic of my defect.....fainted to see it.. Yes. That washing machine space is ridiculous small. Mine too. What the hell Elite Forward is doing. |

Perhaps, maybe we (the purchasers) together have to voice out our unhappiness.

For those who bought Damansara Foresta, I guess it will be the same if they are using the same contractor.

Maybe the company think that they can hang over a 'unit' to us, then they can start collecting the final balance of 12.5%. After that, is between us and the banks. They can move on its next project. Money is so easy to earn for them. No matter how we feel, we also need to serve our loan, isn't it?

Well, I guess this is not 100% true. Buyers hold the rights to complain or sue the developer if things are not in order. |

QUOTE(sunrise00 @ Aug 1 2014, 11:58 PM) Wonderbaby, I wrote in to complaint too but no reply from them. Do you call them? Did they say when come back to you? Yea, I keep calling them and demanded to speak to the person in charge. For now, they promise to remove the island for me and they asked me to write down all the complaints into the defect list as well. One thing to consider is, after removing the island, there'll be no sink & drawers. This I guess I need to talk to the developer again ! |

Of course they have to remove and replace the sinks and drawers back to us. Perhaps back to the original floor plan in SPA. Don't expect us to find our own contractors at own cost to replace the sinks and drawers. |

I was thinking about the spa too but when I checked, the floor plan in my spa doesn't show the layout of kitchen cabinet! I told the developer it's different from what I saw in the showroom, but they told me showroom design is for the other unit types, my unit types ... |
