today electrolux technician came to fix my dryer's door so i asked him about heat pump type. he says not recommended to stack heat pump type dryer and if need to fix it, owner will have to get their own people to bring it down before they can fix it. The tech from electrolux will not carry it down to the floor if needed. Its too heavy!

Thought your place could place it side by side but have to admit it looks neater stacked up.

Can get below 5K. 10kg wash/ 6kg dry
Really impressed by the features and fast washing time

Is it okay to leave my washing machine outside? It is covered but exposed to some rain splashing when there is heavy rain / wind.

Bought a 8/5kg electrolux washer dryer.
First impression rather underwhelming. Clothe is not as dry as i expect it to be. Perhaps my expectation was a bit too high as i use those heavy duty coin laundry that can finish within 1hour for 1 week worth of clothe.
Also the creases is really obvious..perhaps i overloaded the washer dryer with 5kg cloth.

Anyone use LG dryer before ? The price is cheaper about RM1k compare Electrolux due to LG model doesn't have heat pump, only normal condenser type.

Any expert please advice between this 3 model. TD-C8066WS vs EDH3786GDW vs EDH3497RDW. Thanks.

5 hours just on the drying time or both wash and dry?

usually is 6 hours for wash n dry for full load. my TNB bill still maintain <rm100 / month with at least 2 cycle of dry n wash per week.

other appliances:
1hp inverter aircond - 12-18hours/day
1.5 non inverter aircond : 6-8hours/day
inverter fridge : whole day (of course)

others: fans, lightings, tv, hood n microwave for cooking (only small house 1000 sqft).

for me its good enough coming from my old house which is always around rm300 per month.

I've been using a Beko washer and dryer for about 4 years and recently the washer gives out knocking sounds and the drum is shaky. Sent a video to Customer Service and they said they can come check for RM100 fee.

What's the industry rate for out-of-warranty checks for washers and dryers?

There is no industry rate. Each brand can impose their own rate.

If you're lucky, it'd only spoil within the warranty period. If after, it will cost you.

Drying cycle varies. It detects dampness on clothes too. Usually 2 hrs for cotton. Less for the rest.

Heat pump consumes the least amount of electricity in term of dryers. So don't worry much about the bill.

Get a more warranty extension from more reliable store. Cross fingers that it doesn't have problem.

All the best! I still love my driver, but it's in workshop now. 🤣

walao.

so scary ka.

me current using beko normal vented dryer.

expel hot air.

electricity consumption very high.

13A SSO always get burn because the circuit share with other appliances.

drying wise full load usually 80mins circle will do the job.
