I am the owner of the studio unit. Bought it for investment. Not sure whether this is a good buy or not. I felt the exterior or facade of the condo somehow look cheap. Seriously I hate the orange box lining painted on the exterior. What do you guys think?

Just the colour (orange + green) not so "trend". But at least they still follow what they print in the brochure. To me is ok, for own stay.

Yup the colours are not so trendy. Grey will be nice. Anyhow like what u guys said, the building is gonna look exactly like what they printed on the brochure.

The orange n green colour although may not be too trendy but will surely make the building very eyecatching n noticeable especially due to the location along NKVE n future LRT track

hopefully increase? haha

im thinking i should breakoff the walkin wardrobe and make the living room bigger. then sort of make the middle room to be the walkin wardrobe + study instead.

then the 3rd room have private toilet as well ...

in a way changing it to a 2 br place ... although not exactly encouraged i guess

just tinkering with options. what to do with the walk way between dining and living room? feels a lil wasted though if the walkin wardrobe takes up the living room/walkway space

Hi all, Im one of the owner as well at block B. Getting more excited to see the building progress now. Anyway, just want to ask if anyone here know what is the width of the swimming pool? It's 80 meters long according to developer but from the artist impression the width seems to be very narrow.

The value would definitely increase but the big question is by how much. I kinda like the serenity of the Saujana area. It feels like you are living in an exclusive township. Unlike the Lake Residence by Mah Sing where it is surrounded by 20++ years old terrace house and shop lots. Even the lake beside it looks horrible.

Ya, i was attracted by the serenity as well, that's the main reason I decided to pen down the agreement.

The other day I did check with the developer, there are still about 15 units unsold. These are those units that facing the LRT track. If these units are not taken up, wonder what the management will do with it. I think it's hard for anyone to take up these unit, it is really close to the LRT, its like a meter or 2 away only. Can wave at the commuter when passby lol
