Hey guys... A friend's place has this where their tv is hooked up to the condo's CCTV. When guests register, the guards call up the unit and the owner can then verify who the person is via their own tv.

Wonder if Hijauan have this...?

Which block is the 1 facing the lrt track? It should be block C, which is the studio unit ryte?

And which floor of the building is on the same level as the lrt track?

assumption is the top floors for the 1372sf units are still available

and also the 1372sf units at the side facing lrt

It's the edge unit of block B (1372sqft) and block C (studio) facing the LRT track. I think it should be 5th floor if not mistaken.

Shud be BLOCK A bro, not BLOCK B... Edge of BLOCK A is facing near the LRT track...

LRT track is on the right hand side of the master plan there which are BLOCK C (number 8) and BLOCK A (number 10)

5th floor.. ok. so my unit on the 7th floor should be alright, as it won't be in-line as the track level.


Thanks for the detail information.. i have 2 units there, 1 in block A & another in block c.
Both is on the 7th floor.
Smaller unit for investment, bigger unit for own stay. Although block A is facing the LRT track, but only certain units will be facing the lrt ryte? Cause when i bought, i remember the developer's representative told me my unit is facing the saujana view.

BTW looking from the master plan, the LRT track can't be too near like 5 meter (as mentioned by forumer) from the block C ryte? Unless the track cut through the Hijauan's land area?
