I was there to check earlier, the track is in between 4th and 5th floor. The distance is really close.

Anyway, i got a unit block A with 5 or 6 units away from the LRT track.

By the way, how you guys think of the renovation? As the layout and design of the unit is very practical, i dont think there's a need to heck the wall and etc. Somemore kitchen is provided and wash room is partially built, so guess the renovation cost alone will not be that costly.. I hope.

Herewith the info so far that I have in the moment:-

i. Almost 80 to 90% was R.C. wall which cannot be hacked-off (if you all required drawing which indicate R.C. wall & brickwall please kindly PM me
ii. Few places are come with plaster ceiling in order to concealed the refrigerant copper pipes which really poorly done
iii. Overall is acceptable except the boxed-up in bathroom which is strongly couldn't be accepted (almost 500mm width), it makes the W.C. & Wash Basin spaces become bloody small
iv. Brand for wall & floor tiles is white horse
v. Laminated flooring brand is Leowood
vi. Corridor is dark due to no air-well at all

Will update u all once I have any updates.

As for the bath room, the unit is the a smaller unit or the bigger unit? As i can see from the show unit (larger unit). the bath room is quite big and spacious, both master and second bathroom.

Yup, you are absolutely right.  By the way, all the final location of air-con units are different from the show room and definitely need to relocate and re-box-up. Sigh...got to spent more money on that during reno.

Geez... that's not a good news...i thought that was standard. If leave it, will it be very ugly?

Do you think we need to touch up on the plaster ceiling?

By the way, the provided refrigerant pipes can be withstand with R410a units due to it's small size. It depends on you wanna accept the provided location or not only.  For myself, I definitely cannot accept on the location provided by developer and will relocate accordingly during reno.

Even for all the power, TV and network point provided also not as per showroom.  It is opposite as per show room which located at the walk-in wardrobe area.  I suspect it was due to the location provided earlier in showroom was in-correct because we will directly facing to the outdoor units when we sit on our sofa area.

Hope the info. is helpful for you bro.

Facing the outdoor unit? What does it mean? And is the unit entrance at the side or facing the corridor? O was told it was on the side.

The show room shown as per what you said (sofa is beside the wardrobe) but actual given was in opposite direction. Like what I said earlier, If you seat beside the wardrobe area you may indirectly look through the outdoor units area (louver area also) which affected the view. That's what I tot why they change the location.

Originally I was tot like you which is much more prefer in the wardrobe side, in fact what they gave was in opposite direction. Im even think to relocate all the points as per the showroom location but it really involve a lot of cost for the reno, some more both also R.C. Wall which could'nt be hack off.

One thing can resolve the privacy is install a sliding door at wardrobe area in order to separate the dining at living.

Could this due to the unit selected? some unit might have this facing and other unit has the same facing as in show room?

Anyway, can confirm if the entrance from the foyer is at the side, which is not facing the main corridor?

Dear all beloved Hijauan Owner, please be informed that our developer did provide a shoe cabinet located at the Foyer which we never be informed earlier.

As for the Studio Unit owner, all the windows, door panel and stainless steel hand railing with glass panel (balcony) is in progress up to Level 10. I believe the progress is up to 90% but so far all the toilet fittings not deliver yet. Hope the developer can provide a better brand such as american standard lo.

As for Block A, half of the external plaster already been completed whereas the internal plaster almost completed up to Level 12.

As for Block B, brickwall seems to be just completed.

As for overall progress, I trusted that maybe developer can handing over to the owner by earlier of 2015.

Thanks for the updates. thumbup.gif

My unit is in Block A and it's actually the unit facing the lift, that's the best unit I can get compare to either the unit next to LRT track or facing direct from the club house.

Can I check those units facing the lift, does the entrance is facing the lift or the entrance is facing the wall? We took the unit becoz the SA told us the entrance is not facing directly on the lift area and will be facing wall since the entrance is at the side.

Hi Claudio sorry to upset you in advance, based on my discussion with the SA when I bought mine, they told me it was door for your unit is supposed to face the lift lobby.....unless they have changed the layout slightly.

On the rebate, not sure about others, but I had mine credited against the purchase price immediately. So my loan sum is only like 85% around that only.

Your unit also facing the lift? Damn....feel cheated

Just called the SA again, i was told that the lift lobby is sepated from the corridor by a door. Meaning that when the tenant get out from the lift, he needs to use the security card to access the corridor. So basically my unit does not facing the lift per say, since they build a lift lobby.

The entrance is facing diagonally opposite the lift lobby door. So this should be still fine for me.

Too bad that all the good units are snapped up when I booked my unit...

For the rebate, mine was deducted upfront and we are getting 75% loan only. Probably this applies to the first batch of the buyer where you all are getting more rebates.
