Hi Claudio sorry to upset you in advance, based on my discussion with the SA when I bought mine, they told me it was door for your unit is supposed to face the lift lobby.....unless they have changed the layout slightly.

On the rebate, not sure about others, but I had mine credited against the purchase price immediately. So my loan sum is only like 85% around that only.

Your unit also facing the lift? Damn....feel cheated

I like mine because the bedroom windows don't face another unit, more privacy.

Just called the SA again, i was told that the lift lobby is sepated from the corridor by a door. Meaning that when the tenant get out from the lift, he needs to use the security card to access the corridor. So basically my unit does not facing the lift per say, since they build a lift lobby.

The entrance is facing diagonally opposite the lift lobby door. So this should be still fine for me.

Too bad that all the good units are snapped up when I booked my unit...

For the rebate, mine was deducted upfront and we are getting 75% loan only. Probably this applies to the first batch of the buyer where you all are getting more rebates.

Mine was different. i used the rebates as part of the downpayment of the unit.

After minus out the rebates to cover the part of the 10% downpayment, i still got the balance which i yet to receive from the developer...

Don't worry-la. If for own stay, I am sure the objective's will be different. What's ideal is good environment and maintenance and good neighbours (and of course, most importantly happy family).

I'm still contemplating whether to get an extra parking lot. But they just increased the price from RM30k to RM35k now right.

where u wanna park the remaining car? LOL! this tandem parking seems troublesome to move out the car... unless the owner only got 1 car then can save the hassle time...

Ya, that's why was contemplating whether to get another lot so that all 3 lots/cars will be in tandem. Will always have 2 cars able to exit (since only 2 drivers anyhow).

But RM35k for a parking lot is kinda wasteful also I think....

Oh, I didn't take the "cash" option for the rebate. I had it credit-note out of my purchase price so in the end took a lesser loan. Rather save on interest from a long-term.

I am the owner of the studio unit. Bought it for investment. Not sure whether this is a good buy or not. I felt the exterior or facade of the condo somehow look cheap. Seriously I hate the orange box lining painted on the exterior. What do you guys think?
