In November 2013, my colleague sold two units in Pacific Place for RM650 psf each. Having said that, if secondary market is paying RM650 psf for that development, this makes Hijauan Saujana a steal for its sub-RM500 psf price tag. Once again, congratulations fellow owners of Hijauan Saujana. 

As of 28 Jan 14, most of the units available are in Block A facing Glenmarie bungalows or Subang Jaya. In Block B, there are a few units sitting on the high floors and 4 units on fourth and fifth floor facing club house. Most of the units have a built-up of 1,372 sqft, if not larger.

I am the owner of the studio unit. Bought it for investment. Not sure whether this is a good buy or not. I felt the exterior or facade of the condo somehow look cheap. Seriously I hate the orange box lining painted on the exterior. What do you guys think?
