Yes,this is due to their attractive disc which eve dont offer,quite tempting actually,heard most of the units been booked,(sad-in the waiting list nw)
On the other hand,u can still see eve suite higher floors there are still ample units still available

Hehe. My eve suite got discount also lah. End price 360k for fully furnished with 1 parking. But Saujana area is nicer for quality living.
So Hijauan Saujana still under soft launch and sold out already? Let's see if those already 'soft booking' are expecting HS construction to start immediately (I'm refering to the perceived slow progess of Eve suite).

i just got back from the sales office. studio /1br units are sold out! but heaps of 1300sqft available. apparently the waiting list for the studios are quite long as well..

This is for hijauan. 1300 is expensive, selling for 750k before rebate. After rebate is around 650k, not too sure but should be around there. From what I know, studios are sold out. Only left 1300
|

For me, if u prefer greenery and quiet,also do not mind to drive to amenities, Hijauan is better choice. The special deal of further balance 10% rebate after completion is ideal for those unable to save hefty money for renovation 3 years later.

Yes, took s drive along the saujana area, really like the area! Green and posh, haha. It's just next to the saujana golf course. Also not too far away from the glenmarie golf course. Anybody here booked the studio unit?

Not too sure bout tht, apparently there were no launching before this and no marketing were done on this project afaik. How I came about to know about this project was pretty much accidental as well. Was driving around Dana 1 and saw the sales office.
Anybody here booked an unit here?
Added on April 30, 2012, 4:15 pmYa.. Even before "soft launch" also almost all sold out. But to be honest, for this price at this location (studio), really is a steal!

Saujana is a nicer area. Designated greeneries from golf couse & landscape. And I like the fact they listed tennis court as one of their amenities since I like to play tennis. That being said, Eve suite meets the purpose I was looking for - ie: access to LRT and hassle-free renovation process. Hijauan Saujana suits many people hence sold out before launching. Plus you will be able to design your own interior depending on your budget.
