I was there to check earlier, the track is in between 4th and 5th floor. The distance is really close.

Anyway, i got a unit block A with 5 or 6 units away from the LRT track.

By the way, how you guys think of the renovation? As the layout and design of the unit is very practical, i dont think there's a need to heck the wall and etc. Somemore kitchen is provided and wash room is partially built, so guess the renovation cost alone will not be that costly.. I hope.

The progress from outside view seem very slow. Worried will delay for handover (expected December 2014).

I think if take out the walk in wardrobe, the corridor for master bedroom become long and useless, waste the space. And some more if take out the walk in wardrobe, the room not much space for wardrobe, and the room become small which are not practical. Just my point of view.

5th floor.. ok. so my unit on the 7th floor should be alright, as it won't be in-line as the track level.

Both is on the 7th floor.
Smaller unit for investment, bigger unit for own stay. Although block A is facing the LRT track, but only certain units will be facing the lrt ryte? Cause when i bought, i remember the developer's representative told me my unit is facing the saujana view.

BTW looking from the master plan, the LRT track can't be too near like 5 meter (as mentioned by forumer) from the block C ryte? Unless the track cut through the Hijauan's land area?

Pedestrian bridge?

As I recall, the rear entrance against Jalan Lapangan Terbang is supposed to be for emergency/service access only. Not sure if that has been revised to allow for pedestrian access for residents and whether there is going be a covered(?) walkway up to that bridge.

I have a feeling that this is being built by the Malton project.
