yeah i feel its quite ok

unless if u feel your bedroom's walkin wardrobe is not needed. maybe can hack that and make outside look bigger a bit.

otherwise its just plaster ceiling .. cabinets .. and some stuff in the wash room.

im thinking i should breakoff the walkin wardrobe and make the living room bigger. then sort of make the middle room to be the walkin wardrobe + study instead.

then the 3rd room have private toilet as well ...

in a way changing it to a 2 br place ... although not exactly encouraged i guess

just tinkering with options. what to do with the walk way between dining and living room? feels a lil wasted though if the walkin wardrobe takes up the living room/walkway space

mostly its the top floors cause too expensive ... and the ones same level as lrt tracks level 4-6? maybe 7?

hmm shouldn't be ... because on average .. the 1372 sq ft units are like around ... 750-800k? then the smaller units ... i dono how much is that....

Thanks for the detail information.. i have 2 units there, 1 in block A & another in block c.
Both is on the 7th floor.
Smaller unit for investment, bigger unit for own stay. Although block A is facing the LRT track, but only certain units will be facing the lrt ryte? Cause when i bought, i remember the developer's representative told me my unit is facing the saujana view.

BTW looking from the master plan, the LRT track can't be too near like 5 meter (as mentioned by forumer) from the block C ryte? Unless the track cut through the Hijauan's land area?

as long as your unit is the corner unit ... u will have that view... i mean although not as obvious as the ones which are at same level. but technically you will have that view also anyway. of course facing saujana ... but beside saujana has the lrt tracks anyway soooo its not completely blocked out smile.gif
