Use Sierra Glow(SG), i think they quoted RM700 for one Preve owner and he had done his, so I am going to visit SG to do mine as well once I get the car. There is 5 years warranty and you can return for touch up.
*
Done your SG? You will be loving it after you do it? What color you book for your preve?

I will do SG once i get the car. Not a question of loving it but rather save time washing and polishing on my own. Mine is silver

Hehe, yes, as you can see, there is always a catch, the question is what actually is 5 years then?

Already write there

You want 5 years instead ? tongue.gif

Btw, any cricket making noise or vibrate inside your car that is negligible is NOT covered by warranty

Pray it doesn't have crickets

this is like plain scam lol..

For my forte, its 3 years + 2 extended years (unlimited mileage) warranty covers everything major from engine to transmission. just that, for the final 2 years, kalau mau claim parts, ada charge of rm400.. ok laa if u wanna claim major stuff like transmission.

QUOTE(godthum @ Apr 30 2012, 12:37 PM)
For me i think its important whenever i need to enter a roundabout or junction without traffic light. I don't need it to race those sort of stuff.
*
Yes that is the problem. 0 ~ 2 or 3kmph the car feel a bit late to response. For me I press it first after about 0.5 or 1 sec then only it can go out safely. Example if in roundabout you see no car already u think of going out don't press hard just put from n to d let the car go infront Abit then only start pressing lightly after that 1 sec it will be around 5 kmph or more. So before u go out press first then power will come after that. Or if u want u can rev it more than 2000 it will come immediate also. I also wish it can go immediately like my old car Daihatsu charade only 1.3litre but is very small and light car compare to this preve.

5 years for major parts... power windows i tot proton all lifetime warranty lol.. only applicable for older models i guess.. power windows would not be an issue in the preve anymore i think

Paint you want 5 years? tongue.gif

Dream on.

It's consider wear and tear unless there is corrosion, that one also you need to send to inspect every year by authorized SC to eligible for claim

It's 120 months, 10 years, based on proton calculation of lifetime. Not human lifetime, car lifetime. Lots of ppl confuse bout this whistling.gif

Anyway, I discovered something today, there's a lane changing signal in Preve, very kewl tongue.gif

Frostlance, i believe for proton, lifetime warranty for power window is defined as 10 years only.

U can refer at proton edar website, under after sales tab.
