It's 120 months, 10 years, based on proton calculation of lifetime. Not human lifetime, car lifetime. Lots of ppl confuse bout this 

Btw, any cricket making noise or vibrate inside your car that is negligible is NOT covered by warranty

Yes that is the problem. 0 ~ 2 or 3kmph the car feel a bit late to response. For me I press it first after about 0.5 or 1 sec then only it can go out safely. Example if in roundabout you see no car already u think of going out don't press hard just put from n to d let the car go infront Abit then only start pressing lightly after that 1 sec it will be around 5 kmph or more. So before u go out press first then power will come after that. Or if u want u can rev it more than 2000 it will come immediate also. I also wish it can go immediately like my old car Daihatsu charade only 1.3litre but is very small and light car compare to this preve.

5 years for major parts... power windows i tot proton all lifetime warranty lol.. only applicable for older models i guess.. power windows would not be an issue in the preve anymore i think

It's not specifically covered in black and white, but you can still complain. I have complaint to COE and other SCs about creaks and rattles in my car, they are happy to obliged.

But whether they have the skills to permanently solve the sounds, that is a different questions.
Gonna suffer some honking at roundabouts until you get used to the throttle response then   
Proton's power windows lifetime warranty = 10 years or 250km. Ppl still misunderstand that Proton's lifetime = as long as the car is alive

Terms and conditions:
The Lifetime Warranty is defined as ten (10) years of a customer's vehicle age or 250,000km from the car registration date (whichever comes first).
The warranty is subject to full compliance of the recommended periodical service maintenance as specified in the Service Booklet to be conducted at any authorised PROTON service centre.
Any Proton car model that is registered before 31 August 2011 and is still under the manufacturer's warranty will require a valid Power Window System Warranty Registration.
The Power Window Lifetime Warranty covers only four (4) components of the power window mechanism; run channel, power window motor, door regulator and power window switch.
Power Window Lifetime Warranty is claimable at all authorised PROTON service centres.
*Power Window Lifetime Warranty is only applicable to the Malaysian market.

Friend with exora told me it depends on which SC you go, not all can solve the rattle and noise issue, normally the big boys can but need to leave your car for few days, take our dashboard and investigate.
