Dun have shsh also never mind. As long as ur device is 5.0.1, u can use red snow to capture shsh n then use I faith to create custom ipsw.

Ok is quite simple, go n download 5.0.1 ipsw, then use I faith to create a custom ipsw. Lastly shift restore the custom ipsw....then done u got ur self iOS 5.0.1. Jailbreak or not is up to u.

weird, i nvr save shsh but cydia shows i have shsh 5.0.1 and 5.1 ... why ?

Sometimes cydia shows 5.0.1 but if you check using tiny umbrella there is none saved.

im google it and says iPhone 4s model MD241X is unlock set. but now still can't active and using any sim. stuck on activation mode. can't jailbreak.

Are you using a locked set?

Using absinthe on an existing 5.0.1 is known to take time. Most people do a fresh restore before running absinthe but since Apple no longer signs 5.0.1 you cannot use this option. If your backup file is huge, then most likely this is the reason while it takes a while for absinthe to jailbreak your 4s because the exploit uses the backup file ....

redsn0w is known to not being able to do activation easily for locked sets. I am not sure if sn0wbreeze works with 4s but there's no harm in trying. One thing for sure, you cannot use custom firmware via sn0wbreeze because the limera1n exploit doesn't work with A5 chip

Which country set is yours? Looks like australian set. Correct? What ios are you in?

Ya lo..everyone waiting for it but unfortunately has been delayed again.

If you have shsh for 5.0.1, Use ifaith with the saved blob and build a custom ipsw.

Once you are done with that, put your device into pwn dfu mode, open itunes click shift+ restore. point to the custom firmware and let it restore.

You're done!
