I've recently tried drinking breakfast(banana, blueberry, strawberry soy milk smoothie) and having late lunch and light dinner. Seems to be working biggrin.gif

As long as you consume less calories than what you need in a day, you're bound to see some result. Best to throw in exercise for a healthier body.

Why isn't there like a pinned sticky about the science behind losing weight ?

Should I make one ?

forgot to mention that result base on workout 4 day work out ( chest x2 , shoulder and back x 1 ) 2 day cardio , 1 day rest
and also i got control my daily meal

morning oat meal / whole grain bread around 250 calories
mid time protein shake 114 calories
afternoon 2 chicken breast 362 calories and 2 egg white or 4 sometime .
mid time yogurt and green tea 119 calories
dinner salmon fish / chicken breast x 1 181 calories

before sleep 2 orange x 2 124 ccalories and drink whey protein 114g calories

this meal plan i have executed since 10 day ago and no cheat meal . is it ok ?

I'm glad that you noticed! I agree with you that carbs and fats are important, you'll need it to help you grow and for your body to function. And, not to forget, excessive fat and carbs kills too.
