forgot to mention that result base on workout 4 day work out ( chest x2 , shoulder and back x 1 ) 2 day cardio , 1 day rest
and also i got control my daily meal

morning oat meal / whole grain bread around 250 calories
mid time protein shake 114 calories
afternoon 2 chicken breast 362 calories and 2 egg white or 4 sometime .
mid time yogurt and green tea 119 calories
dinner salmon fish / chicken breast x 1 181 calories

before sleep 2 orange x 2 124 ccalories and drink whey protein 114g calories

this meal plan i have executed since 10 day ago and no cheat meal . is it ok ?
