few days back i was at lowyat and found toshiba satellite using intel i7-3XXXqm n ati hd 7670 ( atleast that's what on the wallpaper showing the spec). but i went home and search for it and didnt found anything bout that notebook. (i forgot the model number though) now im wondering is that notebook even real?

The new 3rd gen core processor based PCs/laptops are faster and more power efficient than the 2nd gen processor based counterparts. So yes it is better for mid gaming and editing.

Do you mean the new IB? Yes its suitable. But isn't it with most laptops regardless of IB or SB?

If you're comparing SB i5 vs IB i5, or SB i7 vs IB i7.. the performance gain is not that much.. but it'll be good to have newer tech lo since there's virtually no price differences between the old one and the new one..

IB upgrade is more significant for ultrabooks
