If you wanna stretch your creatine further, once you're saturated, just do about 2.5g creatine per day instead of the usual 5g should be sufficient to maintain.

Just an update. Decided to get from fellow LYN-er called YoNgZ. No doubt it's pricier but he has stock in hand whereas "Bodybuildingasian" doesn't show ready stock in website and read about other LYN-ers comments bout his unreliable service. Thanks again mates!

I just got my creatine from them recently. You gotta sms to check stock. No problem, and reached the next day (or probably the day after).

Or buy the ordinary one, vanilla flavor, toss in a few tbsp of milk powder + 1 scoop milo and mix. Works for me...........

Usually, I buy from Eji but since his stock disappearance act I have been buying from MuscleMania Club but only on COD basis.

I did some pre-order from EJI (a big amount, more than RM500) and havent received stock yet so fingers xed he will deliver.

Well you can try to add a couple of scoops of milo in it and of cuz milk. But most of the time i drink with plain water only. Keep psycho myself to drink it regardless of the taste. Its cheap, you get what you pay for.

I heard choco mint is nicer.

I actually started my first tub of protein with ON. The taste is also bland but at least no weird taste. Jumped to Myo and its very sweet. 1 scoop of Myo is even sweeter than 1.5 scoops of ON. Then tried Elite Whey. Bland and with some kind of weird taste.
