I'm guessing that you bought it from GNC? Truthfully, if you don't know the simple science behind increasing your weight, it will work or will not work.

Hey guys, I have just started gyming for 2weeks plus. I'm 20, 170cm and i weigh about 60kg only. Could you guys recommend me any supplement that is suitable for me ? I don't plan to be super huge but i would like a nice lean body. Thanks guys in advance.

Ask a few LYN sellers, they recommend Golitah Mega Gain or AAB XXL. What do you guys think about this ?

Creatine, glutamine, fish oil, multivitamin, and whey protein blend for pre & post workout.

ON 100% whey provides you with great quality protein. Do you workout? If no then it probably won't help much, if yes then combine the whey with a diet to meet your caloric needs and you will see results. Of course, another alternative is to pile up on nasi campur for lunch everyday. whistling.gif

Yeah it's not really needed, but can aid in gastrointestinal health and muscle recovery.

Leucine is the important supplement. Probably better than creatine IMO.

All I know is, Animal Nitro was more effective for me personally than creatine.

Hmm, just read it up. Looks like a good supplement to add on to a pwo shake.

They found that the carbohydrate/protein/leucine supplement reduced protein breakdown and increased skeletal muscle protein synthesis to a greater degree than the carbohydrate/protein supplement and to a much greater degree than the carbohydrate only supplement.

Come to think of it, which one would be more cost effective for consuming post workout,

amino acids + high gi carbs

or

protein blend + high gi carbs

I personally start consuming a protein blend mixed with milk before, and into my workout to give it the extra digestion time needed.

Now after some reading seems as though this might not be as effective as amino acids in stopping catabolism.

So having that in mind, would it more cost saving if amino acids are used instead, considering their efficacy.
