We have a lot of pinned thread in this sections. The bb + strength routine composed by darklight79 (good stuff I tell you), the weight loss, the weight gain, proper pre workout nutrition, 6 packs section and a lot others but it seems that people are neglecting those abundance of info that has been well written it all those thread and keep asking the same questions all over again
