If he was juicing, I'd put my money on him carrying a lot more mass.
zyzz was 90kg after 3 years of lifting, darklight has been lifting for a lot longer than that.
With that being said, I don't think any of us are in any position to judge him if he decides to get on the sauce. He's strong as hell and age might catch up to him before he manages to put on insane amounts of mass naturally.

Well, since you are a gurl, it is quite ok to use the pad but still it is a sissy pad. No offence. If you do care for your skin, you ain't going far with your squat; albeit 80kg is still impressive for a gurl. That pad will hamper your progress with heavier weight.
If i use the padded bar, please call me Sissy too in front of me.
I speak of an experience of a weightlifter who squat 1100% of her bodyweight.

All tools are means to an end. Not the end itself. The hardcore mentality of being strapless, padless, d!ckless, using only free weights etc has to go.
I hack squat 505 lbs with pads and deadlift more than 400lbs, partial deadlift 470 plus for reps and no one calls me Sissy. and there are many members here who have trained with me and they know how much I lift.
Btw, raynx is a member in my gym and she's no Sissy. relatively pound for pound considering her gender and bw, she is proportionally and relatively far stronger than you.
Sigh... well I learnt the hard way, sometimes the hardcore raw mentality is more of a hindrance to progress. Less than 0.1% of us here are genetically gifted elite athletes. do you get me?

I never say anything about being hardcore or not. I'm using machines as well. Never said anything about free weight no straps all the way. I never know what is the pad, and Mehdi, being the first person who 'teaches' me weightlifitng from Stronglifts called the pad as sissy pad. sometimes i switch DB rows with machine plate loaded rows ( hammer i think )
been doing it and i noticed Doms on my upper back after a back day. should be a good thing right? usually just got lat sore and less sore on the upper back.
any ideas/ comments on how to improve my upper back?

Dumbbell bench press or smith bench press? I'm doing SL 5x5 and since the barbell in my gym only reaches 45kg, I changed to dumbbells and I'm able to do upto 5x5 24kg each side. Should I continue or use the smith machine for bench press? I get better 'feel' using the dumbbells compared to the smith. So yeah
