QUOTE(AmmoShaf @ Feb 3 2013, 11:47 AM) any comment? Any you already know, there are so many programs, there is no right or wrong program,, just take one ans start with it, as you train (learn), you would also learn to tweak it to your schedule and body responses. Hence dont try to crack your head to much in choosing, just get it going.Ok, tq. Actually, i still dont know which progamme is suitable to me. I need some guideline. If you are still confused, just look at the journal section; many of us had posted, if you dig back deeper, you could find, DL's as well. I dont think we are here at a liberty to give you a program, becoz all of us have different perception and understanding; whats important is you are consistent in working out, your diet in check, rest, and rest as well (cant emphasis more on this). personally, I wont recommend to immediately start with protein supplement and its like, just check you macros and food intake and meet your required calories. Once you are in your 6th month to a year, then consider supplements, most likely by then you are more sound into body building. cheers. PS: after thought; if you still at loss, then follow this, if you need strength; take mike's program, if you need muscle, take Dan's This post has been edited by VeeJay: Feb 3 2013, 09:51 PM |

Guys need some tips for biceps curls. Can I just use 1 dumbbell for one hand and the other hand holding nothing?
Cuz both my dumbbells are pretty light, have to combine them to make it heavier. |

QUOTE(Seasick85 @ Feb 1 2013, 11:33 AM) Really, wrong form generally results in injuries, but then again, you mentioned after two days of resting, soreness is gone indicating you only feel DOMS, normal musle soreness resulting from muscle breakdowns..it is totally normal..just need to rest n you can continue deadlift/row as u like with good form.. I think you were right. Just muscle soreness. My lowerback is kinda okay now. Just realized the importance of resting lol cause normally I train everyday, so yeah have to slow down a bit Ditching deadlift/row by doing more pull ups will not really help in targeting lower back muscle, more on upper backs.. rowing can be done alternately wif pull ups however but best done both.. Each exercise has its own advantage..use it wisely.. |

As long as the individual hits their macros through all those liquid meals, it should work. However, I for one like to eat a majority of my meals and not drink them. Also, this is much more likely just a way to get people to buy more supplements.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mft28-greg...-by-met-rx.html |

I don't really like greg plitt's approach to stuff. Sure his physique is perfect but some of the things he do sounds stupid. Working out twice a day and stuff.http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mft28-greg...-by-met-rx.html |
