i cant comment much bcos different ppl hav diff taste n requirement..
anyway, i always look for the type that worth every single penny that i give wink.gif

even type B not that ideal for me (for me la, and not a representative of the general) as i dun need the 4th room and i dun need 3 toilets.. just my personal view biggrin.gif

Seriously i want but too bad, just call the dev but the unit too good and too premium.. Additional 50k for additional car park and premium 18th floor .... I rather go middle floor ...

For tower 1,
my personally oppinion la har..
only type A or A1 having the nice view only..
the medium unit like type i dun think is really a good pool view,
only type A is the main facing pool
A1 u can enjoy d forest...

for me the best view is B3, tower 2
which is having forest n pool view..

if C1 / small units, i dun think is a good buy,
C1 got no direct facing pool unless u wan fengshui door facing south..

for me this project main concept is forest view,
if u dun get it, it will be meaning less...
and what for u buy for this project?

but still got others selling points
which are low dense and affordable per sqft and come with partially furnish..
location quite ok, future high way & LRT and ect...

its just my 2 cents ..

if u feel there is a mistake , do correct me pls.

got privacy lor.. extra car park..
and the lift lobby would be different..
same floor with the high end ppl lor..
pent house buyer is not a kay le feh bro..

but if pay 50k premium as u said.. rather go for the bigger unit better lor..

Actually it is same Type B layout. But B3, additional 150 sq ft lanai to provide a complete view. But, do u need such lanai and view?

Bro, not sure yet ler, maybe own stay if good price then sell ler. The main reason why i choose between both b and b3 in tower 2 because face forest ler, else no point getting rimba, in my opinion lar hahahahaha. Seriously, at first thought yes, then later think think think, master bedroom how often u go out.

Yes lar got both pool and forest view, but if sell, parents wont want their kids lari keluar also. And the lanai increase maintenance cost and RM50K more ler kekekeek.

Actually depends on family size. If only young couple, for RR, 3r + 2b is enough since high maintenance fee ..

For me, the maid room is very useful since it can be use as store room... But the 3rd toilet, for me, it is waste of space for a 1321 sq ft size condo .... Its different matter if > 1500 or 1600 sq ft ...

Bro, lets assume the both unit available. Its damm gao hard to pick.

Type B : T1-18-06 RM 650,800 Face North/Pool
1321 sq ft, Premium flr n premium unit with 3 car parks. ( extra 50k )
lets minus the carpark for 30k, assume 620,800 and atf 5% dis is RM 446 psf ...

Type B3 : T2-05-08 RM 657,000 Face Forest/Pool
1472 sq ft. Special unit with guarantee good number of 8 and double view. Had the best forest view n side pool view compare to C1. Additional 151 sq ft lanai at masterbed compare to Type B.
After 5% discount, its RM 424 psf, decently againts abv.

If own stay, probably i go for B3, since i like country feel, having an extra lanai is something special. For B3, 5th floor seems quite low for me. I prefer 7-12 th floor. Being a special unit, 2 floors abv parking floor isnt too exclusive.

If die die must invest, i rather go for typical Type B layout. I must be asking for 15-17th flr due to cheaper by 50k n dont mind less a car park... At least, this is premium floor and its one of the selling point as good floor, high floor, good and 3 car parks, generally, as same price point, these are the people asking for ....

If given me the option i will choose type b too. Dun need 2 balcony n b is higher flr. bigger size means higher maint fees. O forest view might not be forever? level 5 might have more mozzies too lol

Good analysis bro! pros and cons between the 2, in the end, is what you are looking for, own stay vs investing.

In the end, i ended up with type B in tower 2, because it faces the forest, no pool view lor kekekekeke.
