among all the launches in puchong this year (skypod, wharf, koi prima, duet, zefer).. i rate this highly interms of value for money, feature, concept, location n low density..

i am sure fellow buyers see the value as well.. 420psft after discount including loads of freebies, value for $$ at current property landscape.. nod.gif

Agreed, this is the best among the listed. In comparative, duet (nearest to RR) is not doing that well.

If The Wharf's mixed development (particularly the shopping mall) go successfully, then it's worth for money... If it goes the other way around, sweat.gif

Agree. Value for the money buy and the product looks exciting. How good if this product launch much earlier or end of this year ...

I rate this RR amongs of Zefer and Duet in terms of size n price point. RR leads by miles.

RR against Wharf, hmm, except for price per sq ft, nothing much to shout. Wharf rely on commercialize items to due as a successful project. Koi Prima, the other hand, at RM 310-330 psf, Has nothing to compare against RR but nearby TW and sister development of RM 340-350 psf 's Lakeside City ...

Up next would RM 600 psf's Trigon ....

All. Garden Units at Tower 2 habis. Tower 2 Garden units preferred as the unit are elevated compared to the common ground. It offer more privacy and exclusiveness. ( Abt 4ft higher).

I think just few of them... Type C n E at Lvl 5-6 ... 4 of this 6 units sold yesterday... Tandem parking units ...

Even i want medium unit also kenot get much earlier...

1300sq feet top floor got 1 unit
1400sq feet 5th floor got 1 unit
Face forest got 1500 sq feet 2 units I think

Road leading to project not very pleasing
Sierra next door getting old
Double parking a bit outside

Own stay better get landed there
Booking they say last day today

IMO, the price is reasonable judging from the unique concept. I've been to SR 2 months ago. It does not look old leh at least from the outside. The road leading to SR is so wide (3 lanes up and 3 lanes down - imagine this is residential area). I think this RR is catered for different taste of the society. Some ppl like landed, some highrise with special views.

Yesterday i didnt see any 13xx sq ft unit left worrr. Its only Type B & D or Type C1.

1400 sq ft 5th floor got also? Only Type B3 is 1472 sq ft.

Hmm...

kinrara landed <600k are really run down and u need additional >100k to touch up..
this is consider the most reasonable new launch pricing in puchong, better than Duet, Zefer..

buyers are buying for kinrara address.. this is one of the desired township in southern KL..

I very like Bdr Kinrara bcz it nearer to KL and a great and promising township. I nvr consider Bdr Puteri Puchong ...

RR memang valuable compare to Duet and Zefer... Even Skypod...

The info provided looks confusing, type B or b3 got 1 unit in Tower 2? All i know Tower 2 5th floor onwards all sold or book, which unit are you referring to?


Is a new development with 7 tier security bro, nowadays, security does matter

some times ppl can just decided to cancel n release the unit...

after i left the gallery yesterday, the agent call me again saying someone decided to release and ask me interested to take it up or not..

those who really interested can always revisit or approach agents for release units.. nod.gif
