She claimed this project offer the best package so far, can even tell me zen residence, kr1, kr2 and scott garden are developed by the developer, so serious neh. I do aware Knox sort of like marketing company which help the rich run all the a to z planning and execution. Judging from Scott Garden quality finishing, i have no complain in it. Dont get me wrong, im not one of SG retail ownee.. As mentioned im slss Back to question, *First is the whole facilities concept, in fact very much similiar kr1 and kr2, but low dense makes this rr so appealing for own stay. *Would prefer Monkey view, i have been overwhelmed by the breeze air flow. She would prefer jungle smell, to me i wouldnt mind bikini view. Chris tai kor, perhaps u can consider venture anor one in kr1 as there is relatively low dense too. Officially, no ballot bfore obtain AP and DL. Actually, by right, all developers cannot collect booking officially bfore obtain it. Only can do preview... But most dev do not follow the rules to test market... In modern days, developer even open for preview and booking before obtain both AP DL... Its no exception that the developer might do this, ballot, pay booking to solicitor as stakeholder...
