Actually, betting on smaller units is 1 thing, but if you look at units facing the forest, which is the main sell of rimba, you can look into those units too. Not sure lar, but i would have gotten those that face the forest, and master bed room balcony that face the pool : )

Guys, i think the psf and maintenance has been discussed before in this topic, developer gave 5% rebate from 10% downpayment, no DIBS scheme, but with semi furnished goodies.

This purchase is for own stay buyers, if you want to invest, you need to evaluate ler.

In the end of the day, I guess it all ends up with willing buyer willing seller, regardless how the market will go, it is always demand vs supply. It has always been that simple.

Yeah man, agreed. There is currently so many choices out there, supply will eventually outgrown demand. Wheather it will be 1000psf or 400psf, if we think the price is right and our financials permits, buy it, else next.

To me, i think is a nice place for buy to stay, freehold, low dense, face forest (cooling in the morning), security, abit quiet cause is not in prime area. So base on all these, i curi curi go buy kekekeekeke.
