i did not like bk because it was in a tolled area if coming from usj 16 got toll or even sunway got toll ,then the morning and evening jams and when it rains killer at the tolls

Anyway ur subang to KL ( use which way is less than 30min? ) pj ( use federal )? dsara ( use NKVE or LDP? less than 30min? )

U mean Mex highway? From BK , tutup mata 30min sure reach kl via Mex. depend Wat time out lo... I don't think subang via federal can reach kl within 30min. Unless u drive saman road. doh.gif

1) if your wife still within 3rd properties, LTV can go up to 90% but depend on both of your income, commitment and etc.
2)For 2nd time EPF withdrawal.they will transfer the money ( installment ) to your bank loan account everymonths. p/s: not to your bank account.
