Nice! Thought I read it somewhere before. Where's the exact location? Should be over 600k as Duet Residence is already over 550k.

Wow, many types to choose from. Type C1 is great, not too big and with extra balcony in master bedroom and kitchen is partially hidden (not too open) thumbup.gif

The opposite Sierra Residency is only selling for 330k+-. This will push up the price of surrounding properties I guess.

Since this prop is next to the forest reserve, this site is definitely not a ex-mine land. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Read the 4-page featured property in May iProp magazine, not bad.. looking fwd to the launch.
