hmm..looks like there are still marketable for condominiums set at the prices of RM600,000 to RM800,000 per unit in sub-urban area. wink.gif

32 units out of 238 units reserve for balloting... to be exact 13.45%, only 6 are big units, majority are small and medium size..

was told it will be an "informal" balloting as AP is yet to be obtained..

Agree on RImba Residence is ideally for flipping or own stay.. after done some survey on Sierra too, the rental can fetch up to 1500 with 900++ sft. As this is one of it's kind forest View living experience within a strategic bk5 address, rental look not so bad huh..

Despite ppl talk about its low quality, cement corridor and plain design, ppl are still looking up in classified for this property.. location sell itself smile.gif

Strictly speaking its only 4 - Tiers
- Guardhouse
- Lobby
- Lift (only allow to your own floor)
- Quadrant

The remaining 3 are not during access and I dunno y they put it part of the "Tier" doh.gif

For this RR, if own stay, very straight to the point, if investment, the only issues is pricing upon play flip, would new buyer really pay the premium for this. I personally survey with 5 friends, those who rich rich n no need work... Their feedback is they prefer premium units esp those with double balcony.

Congratz on ur purchase. I had an offer for Type B facing forest but rejected it. Now a bit regret seeing response for forest was mentally good. I would snap up theoffer now if was given anor chance now, haha. But still, prefer mid floor facing pool in case own stay.

Haha, not necessary low dense can have such good response. See Duet n Zefers, similar densed and size units and took such months to sell even 50% sales.

Not i pushing Knox very much but i just like the concept of their core product of quadrant zone and multi tier securities with nicely lobby in such good and fair pricing.

anyway, i still think it is a good concept.. not many condos and apartment has restricted access to different floors and quadrant.. usually just guardhouse and lobby..

Thanks for the map. It does give a clearer idea of the location. I saw in earlier posts about changes to the layout but at the site office The type A tower 1 is forest view is forest view but earlier post on page 33? shows type A facing pool...confused now?

yea, for those who understand the value of RR will know its potential.. no wonder its the #1 talk about property in WTF with among all the property daikors..

talking about premium units, you are making me thinking twice again.. I was given a chance to hantam those double balcony.. but just keep on resisting until they put the sticker there.. no one was touching that unit for half an hour while I was still staring at the sales chart.. hahaha..

Some daikors was quick in making decision and hantam those double balcony.. thumbup.gif while i am always 2 steps slower, end up empty handed.. hahha... laugh.gif
