Agent haven't told me yet. See what he tell by coming week. I saw once before my friend one shot book 5 units, and ending up earn 25K which those keen buyer pay 5K more to get the unit. Know what, the cheque he give also a PD check. No document signed and earn the money like that. Think this is bad business ethic for the developer to do that. I fully support if really there is report to MACC. If the agent tell me to buy from those 'investor' this i am going to record the conversation and report to MACC also.

i know Knox come clean with no undertable, as far as for the management, no transfer is allow..
but i cant say does those agents come clean also... but so far, those that i met are still ok and they didnt convince me to do undertable.. fyi, i did book a kr2 from them..

I see. Good then. Think the agent also try to convince me to buy KR2. Still some unsold units. There is 30% bumi units for the KR2 which they try to convert now. Hopefully there will lesser speculator nowadays. All this so call 'investor', after buying the house they dont pay a single cent for maintenance till the day they selling. Management screwed big time during this period.

bumi lots in kr2 are already release 1 month ago.. now anyone can grap n only left with bigger units

1100sqft, around 440psft after discount... not forgeting it comes with partial furnish n DIBS..
if bare unit, its around 410psft, which i think quite ok for bukit jalil..

this RR is with or without dibs?
if without, price for getting it is actually very heavy wor....
assume rm550k, 10% oledi rm55k.
interest during construction approx = rm22k.
so all in must prepared about rm80k? wah lau weh....

Guys, i think the psf and maintenance has been discussed before in this topic, developer gave 5% rebate from 10% downpayment, no DIBS scheme, but with semi furnished goodies.

This purchase is for own stay buyers, if you want to invest, you need to evaluate ler.

Wrote an email to Knox about the internal misconduct of 'cable' purchase. Till today they still not replying my email. Think if this is the attitude of the developer really have to rethink if whether to buy even they have units available.

Wow I want to give you due respect for writing the email, even though obviously this has gone to waste. All the related projects they do such practice, though it is not officially written anyway but this is a standard modus operandi.

how do you define as "misconduct" hmm.gif
is there a law to regulate this kind of behaviour? please advise..
developers are doing it at broad day light.. nothing undertable unless you manage to catch one..

all developers even big gun like IOI is doing the same for skypod..

RR has got no DIBS. Yeah kinda heavy. One of the many reasons why I lean more towards KR2 despite it being leased hold.
