KR2 1,067 sq ft all gone even much faster, total 360 units somemore, not left 6 units with extra lanai at penthouse and some units at grd floor.

Now left 1,267 sq fts units and low floors.

i would say "zero" la... or maybe 10% to 20% units left
someone with cable told me tower 2 left very limited, maybe 10 to 20 units (small n medium units in tower2), while tower1 (medium n big units) adi 50% gone.. this was on friday, even before yesterday's internal launch..

you guys dont have to PM me asking about the "cable guy", promised cant disclose nod.gif

Actually, betting on smaller units is 1 thing, but if you look at units facing the forest, which is the main sell of rimba, you can look into those units too. Not sure lar, but i would have gotten those that face the forest, and master bed room balcony that face the pool : )

skypod adi launch day 2 only 25 pages, Rimba apa apa pun belum start adi 24 pages.. i m sure when it start launching, more ppl will b talking bout it.. biggrin.gif

those tkttt in WTF who initially not interested also suddenly wanna hantam 1 or 2.. imho, as of current, this the most appealing new launch in puchong... location at good pricing n good concept should sell itself.. wink.gif

But seriously, Skypod and RR both have it's differences of appealing ...

Own stay, both also can, both definitely, RR offers much exclusivity and privacy compare to SkyPod ... pricing also different, I think due to SkyPod is under IOI, if RR under SPS and IOI, it wont selling RM 450 psf, definitely, RM 550 psf ...

tongue.gif RR is certainly a good one. Went to sales office today n surprise 90% forest view taken! Big or small unit gone!
No more small unit below1200sf at all! Reserved 3 floors for launching via balloting but higher price! Got one facing forest finally but bigger size. Still c some 1300 sf facing pool n thought quite good. Go for it before its gone or the 5% remove! RR will not have the issue of highway next to it!

i was wrong about the biggie units.. looks like they are quite appealing as well..

Do this one good for investment ? my concern is about the high maintainance fees and also if 80% loan i dont know the rental can cover or not the installment

more for own stay... i wouldnt recommend for rental play..
interested buyers are more for ownstaying..

yes i agree thought of get a unit not to earn some money from rental but hope to cover the installment will do.
It for next generation i dont think they could afford to get a home in future

This is what i heard lah. Dont know true or not. I tried book today and the agent also said his manager wallop 100+ units for his own 'investor'. So i dont know whether there is any 'undertable' involve. Better don't buy if have to give those dirty money else end up like TBH in MACC office.
