Meh, there are only 50 units. After selling to friends onternally,probably 70% taken. Bout maybe 10 units for people who has registered at midvalley.

RR has got no DIBS. Yeah kinda heavy. One of the many reasons why I lean more towards KR2 despite it being leased hold.

This Rimba, they were pretty aggressive at promoting during the fair at Mid Valley, probably the only one with booth babes in super short shorts. So many agents around. Wonder why they bother so much when they're gonna sell so many internally laugh.gif
