Very unlikely as the development is just a hit-and-run one time one off development verses Foresta which has multiple phases to it. The scale of development in Foresta is much bigger.

My personal vested interest to all the development near ayer hitam forest is for them to finally join up with Pusat Bandar Puchong or Bandar Puteri. Just my dream lar.

If I am not mistaken Kidex is the northen portion of the highway, and Skip is the southern portion of the highway. They will merge at Kinrara BK6 area, not quite affecting BK5, right ?

This KNOX we don't know for sure what's the responsibility on a development project, are they marketing/sales material, project management, design or what ?

The Heron case, from I know it's a case of 2 problems. One complaint is that conceptual design does not quite match what it turns out to be. This might be "over-design" on the marketing material. But the second complaint is low quality construction might not have anything to do with a marketing company.

The map on iprop is transferred here :-

If the map is correct, the condo is on the right handside of jalan kinrara 5, that's quite a distance away from the actual "rimba". A lot of other existing landed properties are much closer to the rimba. laugh.gif

Every new project there will be certain speculators, certain reserve units, internally and externally. So I would say the game is far from being over and it's hard to gauge the success of a project in the middle of sales. We've already seen a few cases of those projects almost take forever to continue to sell those "remaining few units" (!).

Bigger developers can build and hold. Smaller developer projects need to cross the breakeven point. I wish them all the best. smile.gif

Most of the developer/marketing people are map-idiots.
Their only objective is to confuse the hell out of all interested potential buyers.

How many launches we see are provided with good maps ? All the buyers will have to guess, estimate, deduce, interpolate, extrapolate, scratch the head, pull the teeth, bite the fingers, pray to god, imagine, fancy and finally dream about the location of the launch !

Do they actually survey if there are more objection than consent ? I have a feeling that there are more people who want to see the link than the fewer people who want to stay shut-off. The people who object, they make noise, send letters and so on. The people who consent, they stay quiet.
