hi bros, wah finally this thread got some reply after stoping few days hehe, so the latest location is no more near giant right, bcoz to be near the ayer hitam it have to be quite deep inside

yeah hehe, bcoz not very familiar with tht area, so when see tht original map where the rimba is beside giant and went to the site see see, giant is very easy to locate =)

that time when i called , tht guy say is 460psf ,but then dunno why saw here some say the person told them 480-500psf..so dunno why got inconsistency

depends in the government if they want to sell that land anot lo, a few of the property that had this type of concept in the end the land bring use to build more condo, but inside ayer hitam got 3 waterfall so maybe making it harder to use that land to build

wah twin gor got so detail explanation ar.hehe, nola I haven't been there before but I do know inside got 3 waterfall, bcoz its very nice picture if google it haha, its restricted but dunno some how some people was able to take picture of the water fall

it seems for rimba residence they wont have show unit~!! haha dunno why.
when ask they say u can go and look at kiara residence its almost the same...so wht about those things they give free, we cant see the quality? or also go see kiara residence de? =)

bcoz got a friend buy a house at penang, the nice bathroom door end up they just give very cheap patric door those with the small sliders lock

previously, we tot the allocation units for smaller units ( as per I property ) was 1103 and 1172 sq ft and according to their KR2 structure, Smallest unit was 50%, Medium unit was 25% and large unit also 25%. Like I said, the additional of 86 sq ft is unnecessary for the size of 1457 sq ft and the addition goes to living hall and a bit on dining hall. Bedroom 1 and 2 remains small. Hence the price point of RR Type A is much higher than KR2 Type C.

zefer and duet had shown that bigger units are hard to swallow due to its price point, not only affordable price per sq ft. It does affect a lot bro.

after the last day of seeing the models and etc, where would be the " must buy " after considering all that have been shared? any opinion by taikors ? =)
